I don't even know what day it is...

I know, no one probably reads this. But if you do you are probably mad that I haven't been posting.

But I've thought up something new.

I am going to do this whole once a day thing. but for every day next year in 2011. it's going to be my 2011 blog. it'll be fun to write and then look back at the end of the year and see what happens. :)

I don't know, do you think it's a good idea?

Day 17: Life lessons

A recent comment has made me think. Well, kind of.

I know that this blog doesn't teach "life lessons" to all of you. But it does help me.

The reason I started this was to make sure I relaxed and chilled out and had FUN! Not to teach anyone anything. I am doing this for myself. That probably sounds conceited. But I'm not conceited, just self aware.

If you would like to hear about my "life lessons" go to my other blog. I am going to start that up again pretty soon. But posts will only be maybe once a week.

I just wanted to say all of that to clarify what this blogs purpose is.

Thank you all for reading it and supporting me trying to find what makes me smile and who I really am.

TODAY's fun really was just sitting. I just sat in my room. And did nothing. At all. Just breathed.

It's amazing how peaceful that can be. Just sitting, in an empty house, with no sounds but your own breathe.

It is veeeeeeeeeery refreshing. :)

I'm almost 16.

Well, not really.

I'm 15.5 as of December 1st. :(

But almost!!

I really want to be 16, because I get my permit. But I kind of want to keep my innocence and not drive. I'm just going to enjoy everyday that I have, no matter what age I am.

BUT ANYWAY...

My fun for today is... yes, that's right. A KAZOO!!!
My band is performing our "holiday concert" in a few days and for one song, the Chipmunk Song, we get to play kazoos! I've been playing around with it all night. It's amazing how entertaining it can be! lol

IT'S BEEN TWO WEEKS!

I am pretty excited by that fact. I am also so excited because this blog has really helped me find the good things in life and celebrate them everyday. :)

Today:

I am going to dinner and a movie with my family. It is going to be really really fun. I already had fun today with my mom because she is crazy. She always makes me laugh. I know you are thinking she already talked about her mom and family one day. But believe it or not the majority of these posts will be about her or my family making me smile. They've known me forever and they just know how to make me laugh. My life wouldn't be able to exist with out them. They are amazing.... especially my mom. :) <3

Unlucky day thirteen. The only good thing about this post is that tomorrow's post will be 2 whole weeks of posting! :) I am very proud of myself. (even though I didn't post every single day...)

And today, the funnest thing I did was... See my puppy. That's about it.

She's always so silly and floppy and crazy and I just love her. Besides when she has to go out... I hate that.

John is funny too. Very funny.

I apologize. But yesterday it was physically impossible to post. I didn't get home until 7:00 and then my Internet was turned off.

But! Happy December! I love December- from Christmas to snow to being all cuddly with someone you love. It's just an awesome month.

Today I had a lot of fun. My friends and I are planning a girls night type thing. It is going to be so fun!!

I also watched a fashion show which inspired me to try to get in contact with modeling agencies.

I think all girls should get a chance to be in a photo
shoot. You feel so beautiful and everyone is telling you are amazing. Because every girl is beautiful! And thy need at start realizing it! No matter what size or shape or
ethnicity or anything! We are all beautiful.

So tonight, call your favorite girls up and tell them they are beautiful. It will make their day. :)

DAY NINE

:D HI! I AM REALLY HAPPY TODAY! :D

I had to wake up at 5:00 AM! Isn't that so sad?! LOL But it was worth it. Today has been one of the best days I've had in a while.

It started out by me and my mom driving all the way to Philly for a 7:40 AM appt.!!!! Who does that?! ...my mom.

Anyway, while we were at the doctors office we were cracking up at the nurse, at just everything. When I get up that early and you get me giggling you won't be able to stop me! ;)

And just now, on Facebook, my cousin tagged me in a picture of me and my other cousin. Seems just normal right? Well me and my family are... special.

Two and three years ago I had knee surgeries to fix my meniscus, which I tore, two times, in the same knee. Anyway, my great aunt always has a Christmas party where the whole family gets together. And three years ago it just so happened that my cousin tore his ACL. So we were both on crutches at the party. So my aunt took a picture! And I just saw it on Facebook! I WAS SO CUTE! Haha.

You're thinking oh, it's just a picture. But it's not. It's a reminder that I have a lot of amazing family that loves me no matter what I do and no matter where I go in life. It's a nice reminder to just stop and enjoy everyday I have. Even when I though my life was bad because I was stuck on crutches for 6 weeks, I had my family making me smile and being around me, loving me and being there for me through it all.

So today, tell your family you love them. Even if it doesn't seem like they are there for you, they love you. I can guarantee it. Be thankful; for your life, for your family, and for those who love you. We are all very lucky we have amazing people who love us through anything.

Today was hysterical! I think I sniffed some laughing gas or something this morning!! I've been so silly all day. Just laughing at myself, doing stupid stuff.

My favorite funny moment was when I was eating dinner and watching TV and the iPad commercial came on. The one with that catchy piano song. So I started bopping along with it and "dancing" to it. I was enjoying myself and then I glanced over at my parents. They both were looking at me like I had three heads!!! It was soooo funny! They think I'm insane. But really, I just know how to have fun! :D

but! I have promised a real person, kinda like I have a witness, that I will blog no matter what.

So for day 6:

I went shopping. And it was fun. Well, I was supposed to get up at 3 AM and go shopping with all of the other crazies who shop that early on Black Friday. Buuuuut my mom ate too much the night before, Thanksgiving, and didn't feel well. So we slept in, well I did.

We went shopping around 11:00 instead. It's amazing how much you can buy in a store that you walk into needing or wanting nothing. ;)

And today:

Today I cleaned my room. Big fun.

But I also realized something. That to do something I rely on others to be there, for me to please. I need to figure out how to rely on myself and push myself more. And you may say that's not fun. But to me learning about myself is fun. I like getting to know myself. When I do I can better show myself to others. :)

Day 5: Happy Thanksgiving

Today the fun thing I did was eat. I ate A LOT! Turkey, potatoes, green beans, and best if all... Pumpkin Pie!!! :)

I'M SORRY! I really really am. Yesterday was just not a good day for me. I've felt kind of sad recently, that's kind of why I started this blog, to make myself do something fun everyday. But yesterday I just didn't feel like it. I was tired and didn't feel 100%.

But I'm back today. I am. For good. No matter what happens in my life for the next year I hereby promise you that I will post something, even if it's just a smiley face, every single day. Every one. I promise.

Well, today I didn't necessarily do something crazy fun. But! I did... make... a... pumpkin... PIE!!! I LOVE PUMPKIN PIE!!!!! It's the yummiest Thanksgiving Day food EVER. It's pretty awesome!

Dusra Din (that means day two in Aadil's language)

I am doing my European History homework and I googled the word "philosophe" and I clicked the button to make the voice say it on dictionary.com. It sounds like "fill-oh-soffs" to my ears, but to my moms ears apparently it sounded like "fill-a-sock"!!!!!! So my mom goes, "Who's socks are you filling?" Hahaha. It made me laugh.

In general, my mom makes me laugh. Everyday something comes out of her mouth that is just hysterical. I can always count on her to make me have fun.

Say this 10 times fast: silly willy, chilly billy, lemon dilly, bar.

Day Uno (that means one in spanish)

Today wasn't so fun. My parents were fighting and I was getting stressed from it. I was going to go skating with a friend, but she had to cancel.

My mom knew I was upset and not having a good day. When she handed me my dinner plate I started cracking up and a big smile spread across my face. It was my Pegasus plate from when I was like 7! Yes, I'm talking about Pegasus from Disney's movie Hercules! At the bottom of the plate it says, and I quote, "Hold your horses... Dinner's coming!" Hahahaha!!

Hi! I'm Carrie.

I started a different blog about a month ago. I've made four whole posts on that one. I think that is because I was stuck. I started the blog with no idea of what to write about. I just forced myself to write something.

This blog is different. I WANT to write this one. Because it's going to be fun! Something to look forward to everyday. I think this blog shows who I really am, I like to have fun!
